Chris Harper

Chris Harper is a senior telecommunications executive, director, and board advisor with more than 25 years of global experience across network services, international connectivity, data centers, and customer-focused operations. He has built and scaled telecoms businesses across Europe, EMEA, and global markets, including founding regional operations, leading large multi-country teams, and managing revenues exceeding $1.3bn.

Mr. Harper has held C-suite and senior vice president roles within global carriers and service providers, driving commercial growth, international expansion, procurement, strategic transactions, and operational excellence. His experience includes greenfield market entry, emerging markets, complex stakeholder environments, major asset sales, partnerships, and the operating discipline required to build telecommunications platforms at scale.

Today, Mr. Harper is Group CEO of Petworth Enterprises and serves as a Director, Non-Executive Director, investor, and strategic board advisor across telecommunications, technology, recruitment, travel, and marine sectors. He brings strong governance, pragmatic strategy, people-led leadership, and deep international operating experience to the U.S. MENA Chamber of Commerce’s advisory platform.
